The eyes have it

Holding someone's attention is one thing. Holding their gaze is something else, something much more intimate and personal.

Your eyes can be the most personal and provocative part of your entire show. When you are able to move and maintain eye contact with your audience it helps evoke memories and make you unforgettable. Ideally, if you can make eye contact 30% of the time you are on stage your audience will have a much more positive experience. According to a study by Rutgers University, eye contact when coupled with sudden movements, such as a turn of the head, makes you both memorable and noticeable.

Some carefully-drawn eyeliner and a great pair of lashes is all you need to bring out the power behind your looks.
