There is no such thing as "Natural Beauty"

This is not to say that a woman can't be naturally beautiful. Simply put, it means that to look your best under the stage lights and the often colorful and distracting lights of a night club environment, you will need to wear makeup. There are some basics that can flatter almost any face; the magic lies in finding the ideal shade for your skin.

I recommend starting with an excellent foundation. Stay hydrated and drink plenty of water. Always use sunscreen. Wear a light moisturizer underneath your makeup. Serums are great for hydrating the skin and for being quickly absorbed. If your skin looks good, your makeup will look amazing. 

Once your skin is clean and prepped begin with a base layer. Foundations come in varying amounts of coverage but to start simply, I like to use a primer. Tinted primers are available and may take the place of foundation depending on your need for full coverage. Concealer applied with a brush is a great way to hide flaws and translucent powder is every girl's best friend. Setting your makeup with translucent powder means less touch ups needed throughout the night, more staying power for your makeup and a smooth, blended appearance for your face.

Nothing beats a great pair of lashes. False eye lashes are a great way to add drama and the styles and lengths available are endless. Pair with eyeliner for a classic, dramatic appearance. 

A bold red lip is always a favorite with your audience. The trick to successfully wearing intense color on your lips is to use a lip balm underneath your lipstick. Lip liner may also be used if your lipstick has a tendency to bleed or if you like to emphasize you lip line. 

Add a light blush or contour for a dramatic effect and you'll be stage ready!

While there is more you can add - eyeshadows, highlighters, etc. - by focusing on the basics - lips, eyes and and a slight glow to your cheeks - you can look natural while still not getting washed out by the club's lights and special effects.
